Build and lead an in-house red team across a regulated, multi-region payments platform.
About the client
A Series D fintech processing payments across the UK, EU and Middle East. Security reports into the CTO with direct board visibility.
What you'll do
- Stand up and lead an internal red team and purple-team programme
- Own adversary simulation, threat modelling and offensive tooling
- Partner with AppSec and detection engineering on remediation
- Represent security posture to regulators, auditors and enterprise clients
What we're looking for
- Senior offensive security leadership in a regulated environment
- Hands-on credibility across web, cloud and infrastructure exploitation
- Experience building teams, not just running engagements
- Comfortable communicating risk to non-technical executives
