What you'll do
- Define systems architecture across control, perception and safety
- Lead cross-discipline design reviews with mechanical and software teams
- Drive reliability, certification and field performance
- Mentor senior engineers across two sites
What we're looking for
- Principal-level robotics or embedded systems experience
- Real-time control and functional safety exposure
- Comfort working across international, multilingual teams
- Shipped hardware at production volume
