Lead a combined product and engineering org of ~60 through the next stage of scale.

About the client

A Series B climate technology company with hardware and software lines, scaling across the EU and US.

What you'll do

  • Own product and engineering strategy, roadmap and delivery
  • Build and coach a leadership layer of directors and staff engineers
  • Set the operating cadence: planning, quality and reliability
  • Partner with the CEO and commercial leadership on go-to-market

What we're looking for

  • Led product and engineering orgs of 50+ at scale-up stage
  • Credible technical background - you can go deep when needed
  • Experience across both hardware-adjacent and software delivery
  • Track record hiring and retaining senior talent
