3. Our commitments

- Compensation benchmarking is transparent and shared with candidates.
- We decline mandates that require unlawful discrimination.
4. Candidate responsibilities
Candidates are asked to provide accurate information and to inform us of any adjustments they need at any stage of the process.
5. Monitoring
Where lawful and with consent, we collect anonymised diversity data to monitor the fairness of our process. This data is aggregated and never used to make individual decisions.
