These Terms govern your use of the Progress Lane website and any related services. By using the site you agree to these Terms. Recruitment services provided to clients are governed by a separate signed Terms of Business.

1. Use of the website

  • You must be at least 18 years old to use this site.
  • You agree not to misuse the site, attempt to breach its security, or use it for unlawful purposes.
  • All content is provided for general information and does not constitute legal, financial or career advice.

2. Recruitment services

  • For candidates: use of our services is free. Submitting a CV does not guarantee introduction to any specific role.
  • For clients: engagements are subject to a signed Terms of Business including a mutual NDA. Fees are capped at a maximum of 40% of first-year cash compensation for permanent search; contract engagements use a transparent day-rate margin.

3. Intellectual property

All content on this website - including branding, copy, graphics, and code - is owned by Progress Lane Recruitment Agency Ltd or its licensors and is protected by intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, redistribute or create derivative works without our prior written consent.

4. Third-party links

The site may contain links to third-party sites. We are not responsible for the content or practices of those sites.

5. Disclaimers

The website is provided "as is". To the fullest extent permitted by law, Progress Lane disclaims all warranties, express or implied, regarding availability, accuracy or fitness for a particular purpose.
